If you approved the proof and a mistake is later found we will be happy to re-make your product at a discounted price within 30 days. Otherwise, all sales are final as our products are custom. We are a very fair company and given the opportunity to handle the situation we will ALWAYS do the right thing.
Jewerly Return Policy:
Because each of the letters on the jewelry is individually hand-stamped, the lettering on the pendants may not be perfectly straight or spaced. This is part of the é─˙charmé─¨ and design of the jewelry. No machine is used to construct any of the designs. Because they are handcrafted, you will know that your piece is truly unique!
We portray the necklaces as accurately as possible on this website by including photos and descriptions of every item. Please carefully review the descriptions of the pendant before ordering, as we cannot accept returns based on issues with size or thickness. In addition, the products may be depicted larger or smaller than their actual size depending on your monitor and/or computer settings. Colors of stones can also differ depending on your monitor settings. Because these variations are out of our control, we cannot accept returns based on size or color issues.
If you feel that the product is unsatisfactory, or if we make a mistake on your order, please contact us and we will promptly do our best to correct the issue. No return will be accepted without prior authorization. Due to the fact that the personalized pendants are custom made and cannot be re-sold, returns will be subject to a handling and recycling fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you have a repair request, please contact us. We will replace a broken chain, (if you feel it was defective and it was not excessively pulled on), within six months of purchase. Because normal wear and tear from frequent use can eventually weaken a chain, we cannot replace broken chains after six months of your purchase date.
